Sadie & Belle

I had this family penciled in on my calendar for late March/early April but little Sadie Philippa was so eager to join the world that she arrived 5 weeks early. Maybe she knew that her adorable big sister Belle was waiting for her or maybe she just has big plans for the world and wanted to get started.

In any case, it was wonderful getting to meet her last weekend along with 3 year old Belle and Julie and Jonathan.  We started at the house and then took advantage of the mild weather that has been such a rarity around here and headed to the Arnold Arboretum for the last part of the session. It’s a great location any time of the year but it seemed especially fitting to be there with a brand new baby, just as spring seems ready to finally kick off and everything there is getting ready to bloom.
