Lex & Lily

I first met Zahra and Leigh last summer when I photographed their daughter Leila right around her first birthday at Elm Bank in Wellesley. Later on in the year, I heard back from Zahra with the news that she was expecting twins in June. In April, I got together with Zahra, Leigh and Leila for some maternity photos and then in late May, the two newest members of the family arrived.

Leila isn’t even two years old yet but when I got to the house for the newborn session, she was full of love for the new babies and had lots of kisses and hugs for them. Zahra and Leigh were pros at juggling the needs of two tiny newborns with those of a toddler and I was amazed at how well Leila did, despite the fact that we had the session during her usual naptime, hence the yawns towards the end.

Congratulations to Zahra and Leigh who will have have their hands full (literally!) for the near future!
