I'm a Jersey girl who came to Boston for graduate school at Boston College in 1998. I fell in love with my now husband but also with the city and I never left, though I do really miss Jersey beaches, proper bagels and the best tomatoes ever.

I now live in Melrose, Massachusetts with my husband Mike and my daughters Zoe (14) and Lilly (11)who are my very favorite subjects to photograph. We also have 2 orange kitty cats and a 3 year old golden retriever. Life has certainly changed over the years as our family has grown but some things are constant. I still find clarity on a good outdoor run and I still rely on yoga to slow me down on a regular basis. We can't stay out quite as late anymore but my husband and I still catch live music every chance we get and there's always an upcoming concert on our radar. While I may whip up more quick and easy meals these days than I used to, I still love cooking and baking and wholly subscribe to the notion that food is love. And while beach days look a little different now than they did before kids, there is still no place that I would rather be.

Beyond pretty light, I am consumed with documenting relationships and connections and all of the little details that make up a beautiful life. When I am behind the camera, whether photographing my own girls or your family, I hone in on what is beautiful right then and right there. Perfection is overrated. Authenticity is where it's at. When I photograph you and those who you hold closest to your heart, that's really what I am after and I'm so grateful that the families I work with let me into their worlds so that I can find it.

I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who spent over 15 years working in schools, hospitals and community settings with kids and families. I believe that every family deserves to be documented and I have years of experience working with kids and adults with ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders as well as those who are on the autism spectrum.
